The Orthodox Christian Faith

A Greek Orthodox church with a white dome and beige walls, surrounded by green trees and a grassy lawn, under a clear blue sky.

Orthodox Christianity is one of the oldest Christian traditions, rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ and the practices of the early Church. Known for its rich history, profound theology, and deeply symbolic worship, the Orthodox faith emphasizes the transformative journey toward unity with God.

It treasures the sacraments, sacred traditions, and the wisdom of early Church fathers, offering a timeless connection to the Christian faith as it was practiced for centuries. At the heart of Orthodoxy is a life of prayer, community, and love, guided by the beauty of ancient liturgies and a focus on living out the Gospel in daily life.

We invite you to take a tour of St. George Greek Orthodox Church during the festival or attend Sunday Morning Liturgy at 10am.
