Pastafrola, also known as Pasta flora, is a type of sweet tart common to Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay and Greece. It is a covered, jam-filled shortcrust pastry dish principally made from flour, sugar and egg.

The families of Saint George Greek Orthodox Church organize, cook and prepare to welcome you into their home. All of our pastries are lovingly baked by the best bakers in the church community.
